Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

1. Relocation

• You or your player move more than 50 miles away from Macon Soccer Club.

• Required documentation: Proof of address change.

• Refund amount: A prorated share of fees based on the date of the move.

    2. Season-Ending Illness or Injury

• You or your player experience a medical condition that prevents participation for the remainder of the season.

• Required documentation: A doctor’s note confirming the condition.

• Refund amount: A prorated share of fees based on the medical documentation.

Additional Notes

• Installment Plans: If you pay fees via installments and become eligible for a prorated refund under the conditions above, your installment payments will continue but will be adjusted on a prorated basis.
